Five kinds of standard proteins were analyzed using IEC SP-FT 4A, a non-porous type column for cation exchange chromatography. These proteins can be separated well at 3.0 mL/min flow rate while maintaining the same separation at 1.5 mL/min flow rate. This analysis can be completed, within a mere 50 seconds.
