Column : Shodex Asahipak ODP-50 6E (6.0 mm I.D. x 250 mm) Eluent : 50 mM Sodium phosphate buffer (pH2.5) Reagent : 50 mM o-Phthalaldehyde in CH3OH/200 mM Sodium phoshate buffer (pH12.0)/ 2-Mercaptoethanol=50/450/1 Flow rate : (eluent); 0.5 mL/min, (reagent); 0.3 mL/min Detector : Fluorescnce (Ex. 340 nm, Em. 420 nm) Column temp. : 40 °C
