Alkali resistance was tested by passing 1 M NaOH aqueous solution for 24 hours. There was no variation in distribution coefficients of various proteins, including acidic, basic, and hydrophobic proteins, before and after passing NaOH aqueous solution, confirmed UB series column’s high alkaline durability.
