A new member of the VG series, VG-25 4D, is packed with 2.5 μm packing material, smaller than the packing material used in the existing product, VG-50 4D. VG-25 4D showed significantly higher theoretical plate number on all four sugars analyzed over VG-50 4D.
VG-25 4D also exhibited higher separation ability over other manufacturer’s amino column packed with 3 μm particles.
