国标GB 23200.122-2026 *《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中草甘膦等4种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 液相色谱-质谱联用法》中，指定的色谱柱为季铵化聚乙烯醇阴离子分析柱子，或性能相当者。本实例使用IC SI-50 4D进行了对草甘膦、草铵膦等4种含磷氨基酸类农药及其6种代谢物进行了LC/MS/MS分析。
※上述应用实例中N-methyl glyphosate的溶解液为1M NaOH水溶液，而非GB中要求的水。因为N-methyl glyphosate在水中不溶。其他条件与GB一致。
标准溶液的配制方法
- (1)N-甲基草甘膦溶解于1 M NaOH水溶液中，其他试剂溶解于水中，分别配制成1000 mg/L的标准储备液。
- (2)将各标准储备液混合，用水稀释，配制成50 mg/L的混合标准中间溶液。
- (3)将(2)中配制的混合标准中间溶液用水稀释，配制成1 mg/L的混合标准溶液。
