有機酸分析 (シクロデキストリン含有溶離液)

有機酸分析用カラムRSpak KC-811を用いて有機酸の分析を行いました。　 酪酸、吉草酸のように炭素鎖の長い有機酸は、溶離液にシクロデキストリンを加えて溶出を早めることができます。


Sample : 5mM each , 20μL
1. Fumaric acid
2. Succinic acid
3. Lactic acid
4. Formic acid
5. Acetic acid
6. Propionic acid
7. n-Butyric acid
8. Isobutyric acid
9. n-Valeric acid
10. Isovaleric acid

Columns      : Shodex RSpak KC-LG (8.0mmID*50mm) + KC-811 (8.0mmID*300mm) x 2
Eluent       : 2mM HClO4 + 4mM α-cyclodextrin(pH3.0)
Reagent      : 10-fold dilluted ST3-R (for post column method)
Flow rate    : (Eluent); 1.0mL/min, (Reagent); 0.5mL/min 
Detector     : VIS(430nm)
Column temp. : 47℃
