カラムの検定法 (サイズ排除クロマトグラフィ(SEC)用カラム)

カラムの性能が劣化したかどうかを調べる場合には、カラムの理論段数を測定し、出荷時の理論段数との比較を行ってください。　理論段数測定のための検定条件については、カラム毎に定められていますので、定められた方法によって測定を行ってください。　カラムを最初にお使いになる場合には、まず理論段数の測定を行い、性能のチェックをされることをお勧めいたします。
理論段数(N)は、下図の式によって求めます。
