Marker Samples for Acetone Eluent

CLNpak PAE-800 AC was used for GPC clean-up of phthalic acid esters. Using marker samples having UV absoption, the position of fractionating phthalic acid esters can be determined.


Sample :
1. Corn oil
2. Bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate
3. Di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate
4. Dimethyl phthalate
5. β-carotene (dissolved in acetone)
6. Acetonitrile

Eluent       : Acetone
