Analysis of Pyrophosphate and Tripolyphosphate

To separate pyrophosphate(H₂P₂O₇^2-) and tripolyphosphate (H₃P₃O₁₀^2-) by ionexchange, an acidic eluent where they have a low ionic value is employed.
