Fatty Acids (5) Reversed Phased

Fatty acids were analyzed using 4 type of reversed phased columns. Absorptions were strong with Asahipak ODP-50 4D and RSpak RP18-413. In this case it can be improved with increasing of concentration of acetonitrile and THF in eluent.
