The new ERC-3000alpha series degasser for HPLC is a very compact high quality unit that comes with all of the safety features that chromatographers expect from the world's premiere manufacturer of eluent degassers. This newest, most advanced series of degassers removes the dissolved gas in HPLC eluents easily and efficiently.
Simply connect the unit in front of the pump to obtain stable chromatograms and reliable pump operation.

(Principle)
The liquid to be degassed runs through a membrane made of special synthetic resin membrane in a vacuum chamber. Dissolved gas in the liquid passes through the membrane and eliminated from the liquid because of its small molecular size, higher mobility than of the liquid, and higher affinity with the sprecial synthetic resin membrane.
