Columns for Column Switching Method

Pretreatment columns for column switching enable online concentration of trace substances and online removal of high-molecular-weight foreign substances (e.g. proteins). The use of this type of column is recommended when analyzing chemical substances/metabolites contained in biological fluids.

PK · Traps both hydrophilic and hydrophobic substances at a high removal rate
· Remove proteins
GF/GS · Higher protein removal rate than PK columns
*GF/GS columns remove proteins well but are not suitable for trapping hydrophilic substances. Use the PK columns for this purpose.
ODP-51 · Supports a wide pH range (pH2 to12) than ODS-based pretreatment columns
SP-80 · For trapping cationic chemical substances
