Features of RSpak DE Series (5) (Selection of HPLC System)

To realize the best performance of RSpak DE-413 column, we recommend to use the following HPLC system with the column.

Detector	Detector with a micro cell should be used. Response should be set to "FAST".	Shodex RI-104 (small cell volume)

1. Methyl ethyl ketone, 2-Butanone 0.2%
2. Diethyl ketone, 3-Pentanone 0.2%
3. Di-n-propyl ketone, 4-Heptanone 0.4%
4. Di-n-butyl ketone, 5-Nonanone 0.6%

Eluent       : CH3CN/H2O=50/50
Flow rate    : 1.0mL/min
Detector     : UV(262nm)
