Potato Starch (DMSO/DMF Eluent: KD-806M)

Potato starch was analyzed using organic SEC column GPC KD-806M with DMSO/DMF eluent containing LiBr. Adding LiBr in eluent can suppress the influence of ionic group like carboxyl group, which starch includes. Potato starch was dissolved at 80 °C.


Sample : 100 μL
0.1 % Potato starch in DMSO


Column       : Shodex GPC KD-806M (8.0 mm I.D. x 300 mm)
Eluent       : 10 mM LiBr in DMSO/DMF=75/25	
Flow rate    : 1.0 mL/min
Detector     : RI
Column temp. : 50 °C
