Corn starch was analyzed using organic SEC column GPC KD-806M with DMSO/DMF eluent containing LiBr. Adding LiBr in eluent can suppress the influence of ionic group like carboxyl group, which modified starch includes. Corn starch was dissolved at 80 ℃.
