Three kinds of hyaluronic acid with MW of one million or more was analyzed with OHpak SB-807 HQ. Since estimated exclusion limit of SB-807 HQ is 5.0 x 10⁸ g/mol, Hyaluronic acids elute with size exclusion mode.
