Guidelines for Shodex Column Selection : Nucleic Acids

Nucleic acids are present in every cell and biofluid of organisms, ranging from high molecular weight DNA strands to purine and pyrimidine bases of low molecular weights. HPLC analysis of nucleic acids can be analyzed using reversed phase chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, as well as other separation modes. For analysis of oligonucleic acids, a combination of HILIC mode and LC/MS are also used.
