Simultaneous Analysis of Amino Acids with LC/MS (VC-50 2D)

HILICpak VC-50 2D is a polymer-based amino HILIC column that was used to analyze 20 amino acids. This method does not require the use of derivatization or ion-pair reagents. The result showed basic amino acids were separated well and tend to retain longer by the carboxyl functional group modified on VC-50 2D column packing material. When analyzing acidic amino acids, we recommend HILICpak VG-50 2D.
