PFAS是全氟和多氟烷基物质的总称,在环境中几乎不能分解,在环境中的残留和在生物体内的积累被视为环境问题,是POPs公约(斯德哥尔摩公约)记载的持久性有机污染物。使用聚合物基质HILIC色谱柱HILICpak VT-50 2D分析9种全氟烷基、多氟烷基化合物(PFAS)以及3种卤乙酸,可以保留ODS色谱柱在反相模式下难以保留的极性物质。能保留短碳链的高极性化合物是VT-50 色谱柱分析PFAS的特长。使用不同组成比的乙腈和醋酸铵水溶液作为流动相进行等度洗脱,保留时间(tR)和洗脱液组成的变化相对于乙腈浓度呈现U型变化趋势。 显示的色谱图是用 70% 乙腈作为流动相取得的。对于PFPrA和DFA,为了避免TCAA和MCAA被37Cl的峰影响,请单独配制样品。
