去甲肾上腺素的手性分离 (CDBS-453)

使用手性色谱柱ORpak CDBS-453分析去甲肾上腺素（外消旋体）。分析方法参考美国药典(USP)中Pharmacopeial Forum 44(6)的In-Process Revision中关于测定肾上腺素注射液光学纯度的条件。

Column temp. : 25 ℃
*1 : 0.75 g/L Ammonium acetate aqueous solution adjusted to pH 4.0 
     with Glacial acetic acid
